১. লাইসেন্স ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালাঃ

• (১.১) প্রতিটি লাইসেন্স এর জন্য আলাদা ভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি সময় নির্ধারণ করে দেওয়া আছে।
• (১.২) কোন লাইসেন্স যদি উক্ত ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হয় তবে আমরা লাইসেন্স টি চেইক করে দেখবো।
• (১.৩) ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে লাইসেন্স এর সমস্যা থাকলে সেটি আমরা পরিবর্তন করে দেবো।
• (১.৪) ক্রেতার ডিভাইস জনিত কারনে যদি লাইসেন্স এক্টিভেশন এ সমস্যা হয় তবে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবেনা।

২. অন্যান্য সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালাঃ

• (২.১) প্রতিটি সার্ভিস এর জন্য আলাদা ভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি সময় নির্ধারণ করে দেওয়া আছে।
• (২.২) ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে উক্ত সার্ভিস এর কোন সমস্যা হলে সেটির সমাধান করে দেওয়া হবে। প্রতিকূল পরিস্থিতি তে সময়ের বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
• (২.৩) ওয়ারেন্টি সময় ব্যতিত অথবা ক্রেতার ডিভাইস জনিত সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবেনা।

৩. প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি:

• (৩.১) যেহেতু আমাদের সার্ভিস গুলো ডিজিটাল, সেহেতু আমাদের সকল প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করা হয় ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে।
• (৩.২) অবশ্যই সঠিক ইমেইল প্রদান করে অর্ডার করতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, যদি ভুল ইমেইল দেওয়া হয় সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে নিতে হবে।

৪. ওয়ারেন্টি সাপোর্ট প্রদানের পদ্বতিঃ

• (৪.১) ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কালে ক্রেতা সমস্যা সম্মুখীন হলে সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হবে (রিমোট) ভাবে, অর্থাৎ ক্রেতার ডিভাইসে (UltraViewerr) অথবা (Anydesk) থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।
• (৪.২) প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত দেখে অর্ডার করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
• (৪.৩) প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত ব্যতীত কোন মন্তব্য গ্রহণযোগ্যতা পাবেনা।

৫. পেমেন্ট পলিসিঃ

• (৫.১) bKash Online পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে কোন আলাদা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা।
• (৫.২)  পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের ক্ষেত্রে তাদের নির্ধারিত চার্জ যুক্ত হবে যা হচ্ছে ২.৫০%
• (৫.৩) Manual Payment এর ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে কোন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং এর ক্ষেত্রে তাদের নির্ধারিত চার্জ যুক্ত হবে, যা হচ্ছে বিকাশ- ১.৮০% , নগদ – ১.১৫% , রকেট- ১.৬০% , উপায় – ১.০০% , সেলফিন- ০%
• সংযুক্ত পেইজঃ Refund and Returns Policy , Order Cancellation Policy , Privacy Policy
• উক্ত শর্তগুলো মেনে নিয়ে আপনি অর্ডার করতে যাচ্ছেন, শর্ত ব্যতীত কোন মন্তব্য গ্রহণযোগ্যতা পাবেনা।

 

1. License Warranty Policy:

• (1.1) Each license has a separate warranty period.
• (1.2) If any license is experiencing a problem during the warranty period, we will check the license, before replacement.
• (1.3) If there is a problem with the license within the warranty period, we will replace it.
• (1.4) Warranty will not be valid in case of warranty period is exceeded or in case of the problem caused by the buyer’s device.

2. Other Service Warranty Policy:

• (2.1) The Warranty period is specified separately for each service.
• (2.2) If there is any problem with the service during the warranty period, it will be solved. Adverse circumstances may lead to time delays.
• (2.3) Warranty will not be valid in case of warranty period is exceeded or in case of the problem caused by the buyer’s device.

3. Product Delivery Process:

• (3.1) As our services are digital, all our products are delivered via email.
• (3.2) It is requested to place the order by providing the correct email address, if the wrong email address is provided, please contact us.

4. Process of providing warranty support:

• (4.1) During the warranty period, if the customer faces any problem, the support will be provided (remotely), i.e. it is mandatory to be on the customer’s device (TeamViewer), (Anyviewer) or (Anydesk).
• (4.2) Please see the details of each product before ordering.

5. Payment Policy:

You are going to order by accepting the terms and conditions, no allegation will be accepted without the conditions.

(5.1) No separate charges will be applicable for bKash Online Payment.

(5.2) In case of using  Payment gateway, their prescribed charges will be added which is 2.50%

(5.3) In case of using Manual Payment, no charge will be applicable in case of bank payment, in case of mobile banking, their prescribed charges will be added, which are bkash-1.80%, Nagad-1.15%, Rocket-1.60%, Upay-1. 00%, Cellfin- 0%
